I’ve had 3 procedures at GI Health . Dr.Crantock has the best bedside manner. He always makes you feel at ease . I know I’m in good hands. All the staff are wonderful but a special thanks to Helen for your care 😊
Dr Mahindra Puneet is so caring and professional and the reception staff were so friendly and welcoming
Almost 2 hours waiting for a 5 minutes consultation. Seems the centre has no idea how to schedule appointments or may be doctor usually runs late. Hope if they can respect the patients time as well.
My partner is coming up to appointment, she has not been sent any payment paperwork or anything. So okay something might be up, let's call them. 23 minutes on hold, they just hang up at the end. call back, 35 minutes on hold, for a 1 minute conversation of "oh you haven't been sent a follow up email? and you haven't paid? I'll send through the email now" receive the email "you must call us to pay".... why... didn't the operator just let her pay over the phone in that moment? back on hold for another hour
