Very friendly staff and Dr Mahindra Puneet is very knowledgeable and experienced Doctor. I was explained very nicely prior to my procedure. With my post procedure the was very friendly and helpful. I will strongly recommend this Dr Puneet Mahindra-and Centre For Gi Health in future. Once again thanks for all your help.
Mary on reception is so lovely and handles patients with great care. Dealing with a variety of people, all with a smile on her face.. a real asset to this place. Has you leaving feeling better than when you walked in. Also Marg was kind to me when I first rang looking for an appointment as well. Thank you, ladies.
I got to meet my doctor after waiting for an hour of initial appointment time. I forgot my card’s pin and its passwords so had to call bank and re-download app etc. I went all through that just to deal slow internet connection so I ask if I could connect to wifi so I can reset password and pay for the bill and they said “no”, they said “don’t have one” “don’t know what it is”. I called today to reschedule an appointment with Dr Luke and the receptionist lady was rude although i was rescheduling two weeks in advance. I will find some other clinic/specialist.
absolutely disgraceful place waited 6 weeks for an appointment, then i arrive to my appointment with my newborn baby in my arms to be told i will have to sit and wait 1 and a half hours, because the doctor is behind, what a joke, atleast call me before and let me know dont waste peoples time, money hungry scam place who does not care for its patients, the receptionists are so arrogant and rude, avoid this place
