Had a lot of issues with a manager bringing me to the housing tribunal and one of the professionals working at the Canadian center for housing rights (Angie Budhwa) helped sort,file and reperesent me for a favourable outcome.

Not very useful and I understand the similar reviews now. I had to chase them by phone and email for two months after my intake form was submitted only to be given the same options that I did not receive support from. The intake process/form is probably just to log in numbers for funders thats why its handed to their students. Seek other options for your needs.
