Same as others, paid a bunch of money then calls ignored.
I couldn’t fault this place from start to finish. I was really nervous about my procedure but the staff were so friendly and professional and I was so well cared for. Thank you.
Amazing experience staff were very friendly. Felt very safe with the procedure. Everything went smoothly with health fund . And was able to have a fabulous woman dr Mill to look after me. Kind regards
Splendid experience from start to finish. Dr Agrawal is a thorough , knowledgeable and professional Gastroenterologist who you can trust with his years of training and experience. His expertise on dietary impacts on the gut microbiome is truly insightful. I highly recommend CDD for your check up - it was a smooth and well organised procedure with an excellent medical support team - and the hot chocolate afterwards - delicious!
Warning for all potential patients (Please also read other 1-star reviews, as some echoed my experience). I feel appalled. I was not properly informed of all the risks associated with either the colonoscopy or endoscopy. The first time I got to speak with the doctor was when I was in the theatre; already naked, already on the bed, and I only got to speak with the doctor for a few minutes before I was given the anaesthetic.
