I did the worry/rumination course and the social anxiety course here. They really helped, and I use the skills I learnt every day Everyone who works here is really professional and kind. It's an amazing resource, and I highly recommend this place
I have had a wonderful experience using this place. I’m so grateful it exists and from my very first correspondence they have been so thorough, programs are well lead and delivered and people are made to feel comfortable and welcomed. For someone with anxiety and depression it is like a ray of light in darkness. Words cannot express the gratitude I have, these people are heroes what they are doing for other people.
