An awesome practice! Everyone from receptionist to the physicians is kind and friendly. I was verbally welcomed to the practice when I checked in. They were able to fit me in the same week I called for an appointment. They sent all the paperwork in the mail so I could fill it out in advance. Doctor Nelson listened to my concerns about an astigmatism lens I was previously fitted in (at a different practice). I was recently working in Centre Hall and experienced a sudden loss of vision in my right eye. Being from out of town, I Googled eye doctors in State College. Centre Eye was able to give me an emergency appointment almost immediately. In the end, they had to refer me to a local retinal specialist, but I am very grateful that they were able to fit me in to their schedule so quickly. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice.
I recently had cataracts removed from my eyes and had a truly positive experience. Dr. Marcovitch and his practice are top notch. I would highly recommend this group.

Highly recommend for cataract removal. The office staff were welcoming, efficient and informative. Dr. Marcovitch was courteous and complete with his exams. The personal touch of a phone call the night of surgery was appreciated.
