If I had the ability to give Zero stars I would, absolute worst service I’ve ever had , first off they sold me decaf coffee pods and told me they were not decaf, when I found out they were they refused to refund me even after I explained to them multiple times what happened, I asked to speak to a manager so he called him but he didn’t want to speak to me and the response I got was "it’s his day off and he doesn’t want to talk to anyone". Je n'ai jamais vécu autant de frustration par rapport au service à la clientèle que le Centre du rasoir à Gatineau. D'abord, je me rend en personne pour la deuxième fois avec un rasoir d'environ 300$, mais qui a un default de fonctionnement depuis presque le tout début. Je l'avais retourné au magasin pour réparation moins d'un mois après l'avoir acheté dû au même bris de fonctionnement , mais le problème est revenu. Service absent. Les 2 comis deriere le comptoir sur leur cell ignorent les clients dans la boutique. Quand j'ai pus avoir leur attention, je voulait remplacer un appareil défectueux acheter il y a un mois pour un cadeau de Noël et elles m'ont dit " Ha! Vente finale " ont peut rien faire. Elles n'ont pas ESSAYER de trouver une alternative. Elles ont simplement dit que si je ne suis pas satisfait de téléphoner au siege social. Vraiment a éviter. Apres ils ce demande pourquoi ont achete chez Amazon
