Very modern, clean, professional environment. Staff are very professional and friendly for the most part. I have not had to wait long periods of time after the time specified for my appointment. Very fast, efficient and professional. I would however like to make one small suggestion. If you care about your patients who do have to work also, it would be great to see you offer evening appts even if only one evening in the week or a Saturday morning. Appointment at 9:30 AM (March 17, 2025). Went to counter at 11:15 AM to ask for an update to see the doctor. The girl just laughed and said 'oh yeah he's running late today, but he's usually 2 hours late anyway'. And basically laughed again at us for expecting an appointment to be 'on time'. Laughing at customer's struggles is a very rude approach.

The staff has been good when I had appointments there but I've been waiting since September to have a prescription faxed to my pharmacy and they don't seem to know what it is. It should on my file like the doctor prescribed it to me like 3 years ago. I do not understand why there is no notes on my file about it as to everytime I go for my appointment they ask me what kind of medication i take!
