Appointment at 9:30 AM (March 17, 2025). Went to counter at 11:15 AM to ask for an update to see the doctor. The girl just laughed and said 'oh yeah he's running late today, but he's usually 2 hours late anyway'. And basically laughed again at us for expecting an appointment to be 'on time'. Laughing at customer's struggles is a very rude approach.

The staff has been good when I had appointments there but I've been waiting since September to have a prescription faxed to my pharmacy and they don't seem to know what it is. It should on my file like the doctor prescribed it to me like 3 years ago. I do not understand why there is no notes on my file about it as to everytime I go for my appointment they ask me what kind of medication i take!
