Can't call to pay bill, automated service sucks. If these didn't go onto my credit report I would NEVER pay the bill. Worse service ever and I hope the hospital gets rid of them.
Got an excellent service from the specialist here but my bill was mailed to the wrong address by the billing department. They then reported me to a debt collector for ~44$ without bothering to call, text or email me. When I brought up the issue regarding the wrongful report, first lady was apologetic but the second argued with me. It made little sense - to argue with me regarding a bill you sent to the wrong address.
