My dad stayed in 1AB for 22 months. The staff was amazing. Professional, kind and treated him with respect. The nurses were always available to answer my questions and we also had official meetings with the staff ever six months to discuss his care and how best they can adapt to his needs. In his last moments they made sure he was comfortable and they were also so caring towards us. Thank you for your humanity.
J’ai été très impressionnée par ce CHSLD. L’endroit est propre, bien entretenu et chaleureux, ce qui crée une atmosphère rassurante et agréable pour les résidents les visiteurs. Le personnel du 5e étage, sur le quart de soir, a été très gentil, serviable et attentionné. Leur accueil et leur dévouement méritent d’être soulignés. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation!
