My experience with their day centre was extremely disappointing and concerning. While the staff initially appeared friendly, I encountered significant issues when seeking information about my father's treatment. Despite clearly stating that I did not consent to them discussing our case with external parties such as CLSC and Cummings social workers, they disregarded my wishes. it’s such a beautiful place with beautiful people. I had to do an internship there two years ago and it was a really nice environment. The staffs are lovely people with a good sense of communication. Respect to them.
