Made an online booking for today at 930, called because I was running late whoever answered said ok no problem I arrived 935, Rosie tells me I have no appt even though I’m showing her my screenshot She said we’re too busy If they’re unable to keep up with online they shouldn’t offer it When Anne and diem are there the salon runs seamlessly They’re amazing , unfortunately I won’t be returning I’m sure they have a lot of walk in but stable customers probably not so much
