I had a sudden toothache and called the clinic to book an appointment. The receptionist asked if I could visit in 10 minutes and I went in. The registration was quick and I was called to see the dentist. Dr Lapointe is the best! She suggested an X ray and found out the underlying issue. The procedure was quick and she was super efficient! I recommend this clinic to everyone and I'd visit them again for regular check-ups too!
Manque total d’empathie envers les aidants naturels alors que j’ai dû annuler a la dernière minute pour une personne âgée qui souffre d’Alzheimer. Ce n’est déjà pas facile de s’en occuper en plus la secrétaire m’a répondu «avec deux pierres dans la main» alors que j’ai demandé un autre rdv. Ce n’est pas ma faute si la personne âgée atteinte d’Alzheimer, est tombée malade la nuit et était agitée dû a la maladie, le matin même du rdv!
