I had an excellent experience with Dr. Shaimaa and her assistant. They were both professional, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. Dr. Shaimaa took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable during the treatment. Her assistant, Susan was equally friendly, efficient, and supportive. This is the most compassionate dental team I've come across. I was experiencing excruciating pain and they got me in for an appointment on the same day. I saw 2 dentists one for the initial triage and treatment, and one for the extraction and they both were very kind and patient. Have to mention that the My extraction was scheduled a week out from my initial visit but when I asked for an earlier appointment due to intense pain they were super accommodating and got me in the next day.
