Aujourd’hui, j’ai eu la pire expérience et le pire service pour mon nettoyage dentaire avec une hygiéniste qui, je pense, est iranienne. Pendant tout le rendez-vous, elle me jugeait, me criait dessus et me donnait des conseils d’une manière très désagréable. Very disappointing experience with this dental clinic. The billing was significantly higher than average compared with other provincial clinics, and my insurance sent a letter to me not to continue with this clinic. Despite having insurance coverage that covers dental treatment 100%, a large portion of the bill was not covered because the clinic’s fees exceeded what the insurance provider considers standard. As someone who doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist, I actually look forward to going here purely because the staff are incredible. Parvin always ensures I leave with a smile on my face, not just a clean smile but a genuine happiness from her warm and bubbly personality. Erin on the front desk is also the best! Super grateful for the team there - thank you!
