Horrible service, they were always rushed and rude, you’d communicate how something was hurting and they would brush it off and ignore you. Took my braces off while my teeth were still mostly crooked and said they were straight still making me pay full price just absolutely horrible
I tried this clinic for the first time, and overall, I had a very positive experience. Pros: The clinic is very clean and beautiful. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. My hygienist (I apologize, I unfortunately forgot her name), who has 36 years of experience, was excellent. She was very patient and thorough in explaining everything.
