The dentist I saw ruined the tooth beside the one she was to work on, then only offered numbing toothpaste instead of fixing what she damaged. I do NOT recommend. Walked out when I realized the truth of the situation. Didn't get either of my fillings or the damage she did to the other tooth fixed. Just left because I'm not waiting around for the one who damaged my tooth to finally repair it. Going elsewhere to get all the work she did not fix, fixed. No response to an existing patient after 3 emails. Time to find a new dentist. Dr Cao's hygienist is the worst anyways.
I am very grateful to the receptionist. I have a job with difficult shifts, and she is always lovely and patient with me every time. The dentist is also very kind and gentle. As someone who is afraid of the dentist, she explains everything very well, even when I feel anxious about going in and finishing the treatment. She is very patient with me. A big thank you to both of them.
