Awful Awful Awful!!! My son had 2 wisdom teeth extracted. During the procedure he was complaining about the pain. The dentist had a tantrum and said if my son continued to complain he would stop working on him. This procedure should have been done while he was asleep or at least given the option. He had to go back because he was still in pain. This guy didn’t even look inside his mouth and gave him a prescription and that was done in the waiting room! Oh yes he charged him $70 for that. Never Never Never again!!!
Horrible horrible service! First visit was horrible and should have been a sign not to return, but we figured mistakes happen and gave them another chance. 1st visit (simple exam and cleaning were scheduled): appointment was at around 10am, but dentist was apparently running late on appointments or was double booked, so we were offered to wait about an hour or rebook for another time. Be ready to wait, and wait a long time !! I waited 4 hours for a consultation on UPSELLING their products that I don't even want... For my appointment, I had to wait almost an hour JUST to confirm my appointment and to be told that they had decided to cancel my appointment without telling me. So please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You can thank me later!
J'ai voulu donner la chance au coureur, mais rendez-vous après rendez-vous, j'ai continué à douter de la qualité du service offert par le dentiste et à en être déçu. Lors du dernier rendez-vous, mon fils a dû attendre deux heures sans voir le dentiste, ce qui a été la goutte d'eau qui a fait déborder le vase. Nous avons donc décidé de changer de centre dentaire, et mon seul regret est de ne pas avoir pris cette décision plus tôt.
