Receptionist very rude, it’s a shame as I’ve been a patient for a few years. No longer due to her.
I recorded the whole conversation with the employees by phone. Poor service, all the receptionist are rude , give wrong dates for rendezvous. Overall, every-time i call they are rude ! Worst dentist ever!
As someone with severe dental anxiety, I was nervous about trying a new clinic, and I am so happy I did. I only know 2 dentists in this clinic, Dr Melissa Villafranca and Dr Hilal Sirhan. But these two are the two best dentists i have ever had, easily. They care only about their patients, their needs. I cannot recommend these two individuals more. Gentle, fast, caring. These two are true Doctors, in every sense, and I know they would only associate themselves with professionals of comparable quality. I sincerely hope these two are also involved in teaching and mentoring the next generation of dentistry.
