I had a really frustrating experience trying to book an appointment at this clinic. The dental secretary was incredibly rude and had a very negative tone from the start. It honestly felt like I was inconveniencing her just by calling. She was short, dismissive, and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. Dr Stanley Ruckenstein , is amazing & extremely professional . I went in for an emergency appointment. He did everything to help me , answered all my questions, overall he’s just a great Dentist . Thank you very much .:)
I came recently here recently to accompany a younger sibling and the hygienist and doctor were absolutely amazing. Very kind and professional I didn’t even want to leave. 5 stars for them. However I would give 0 stars for the receptionists. I am so confused as to who hired them? They are so rude and are the worst fits for that role where you need to communicate properly to patients. Ive had the works here from cleaning to root canals to implants. Wonderful staff, great hygienists, every time I go see Dr. Sirhan he has the same assistant (who is the sweetest, most efficient and supportive assistant) I've been going for 17 years. Highly recommend this practice, in my opinion, you'll never find a better dentist than Dr. Sirhan. If you've ever been afraid to go to the dentist, book an appointment with him, he is so skilled compassionate. Grateful for this clinic! 🩷
