Il y a quelques années, j’étais cliente depuis une décennie à cet endroit. Ma famille y sont encore. 1 semaine et demi d attente pour un rdv d’URGENCE! Alors qu’elle était dans la chaise déjà au dentistes Ils ont chargé des trucs inutiles aussi…. Bref je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit!
Good experience, until having to deal with the front receptionist “Malika”. Extremely unprofessional, rude, no sense of knowing how to not speak to a customer. Phrases like “I’m not your personal assistant” being said when a customer is simply asking questions and needing clarification is absolutely unacceptable and surprisingly unprofessional, having spoken with the other staff who are polite and respectful. It’s quite upsetting to have a nice appointment and having a bad ending because of some random receptionist attitude.... read more
I want to reschedule an appointment and was told that I have to pay 75$ for less than 24 hour cancellation. I never been notified when I book the appointment. I go to this clinic more than 7 years, also bring my husband and daughter there. This is not reasonable without notifying me in advance.
