After three years of excellent service during COVID for the entire family including several complex treatments we started to notice a couple of «invoices» or prescriptions of dental treatment that didn’t make any sense. The element that made us decide it was time to go back to our former dentist was a $29 dental cleaning training fee per visit that wasn’t covered by our insurance. La pire dentiste de Montréal !!! La docteur est non professionnelle et incompétente: de 3 plombages,les 2 sont tombés. Le comportement est grossier. En raison des antibiotiques prescrits, j'ai été obligé de m'adresser à l'hopital avec un problème d'intestin. Dre.Kuzina , une perle rare. Du début à la fin elle ma guidée, répondais à toute mes questions, très douce & est très à l’écoute! Elle ma dit ce qui serait le mieux pour moi étape par étape car jai beaucoup de traitements à faire. Anxieuse comme je suis c’est SUPER IMPORTANT! Belle ambiance, clinique bien entretenue, moderne …l’assistante Errica est à l’écoute elle ma mise à l’aise dès le début.
