The clinic squeezed me i because there was a degree of urgency, the appointment was on time (no waiting), staff were pleasant and competent, the equipment used was impressive, the dentist (Vincent) was patient and clear, and I was able to make a very well informed decision about next steps.
Besides it being a bonus to have a local dentist pratice, the staff is friendly, the dentists are wonderful, and they don't push unnecessary procedures. They are always gentle with the kids, which is still very much appreciated after all these years. I was also really happy to see that they replaced the plastic loot-bags with paper ones!
The staff and dentist are incredibly helpful and kind. After a bad experience in gatinau twice. They took me in the same day and relieved most of my pain as well as concerns and did a checkup a few days later and im happy with how it is going ☺️ you guys are amazing thank you for all you do
