Garbage customer service, very disrespectful.
Multiple unfortunate experiences, culminating in refusal to see me unless I went back to a periodontist (which I had seen several times but made the decision not to pursue gum grafts at this time- for various reasons which I explained), so they refused me routine care. Was rude and argumentative, have never been treated like this by a professional.
No compassion whatsoever. Worst dentist ever. Was forcing me to get an X-ray when I medically could not at the time. When I refused and proposed to reschedule he told me to find another dentist. I have never been so mistreated by a medical professional in my whole life.
My family and I have had nothing but great experiences for a few years now. Dr. is caring and hygienists very personable and competent. Chelsea is really lucky to have this business!
