Unbelievable, this is a clinic for children, first blood test was rejected from laboratory, had to go back for second blood test, also rejected by laboratory!!! Called me to go to a other clinic for third blood test ! My son don't want to anymore , traumatic experience for him . Something to look into . Don't do blood test on your child here .
I am giving this clinic a five star rating solely for the care and compassion my son has received from Dr. Rushenas. It is so rare to find a doctor that goes above and beyond and I am extremely fortunate to have crossed paths with Dr. Rushenas. Not only is he highly skilled but he is also incredibly kind and attentive. He takes the time to truly listen, explains things clearly, and treats patients as people, not just cases.
Tried to get in touch with the clinic after an appointment as the pharmacy had not received the faxed prescription. The calls went straight to voicemail. I left two voicemails and they both went unanswered, so I had to go in person to get the prescription. When I asked the receptionist why my voicemails went unanswered she responded that she does not get those messages, and that she had a specific extension to get in contact with her. Excellent service et soins de Dre Rochon. Très gentille. D’ailleurs le staff étais super. Ça nous rappelle qu’au Québec les soins sont bons, ils sont juste difficile d’accès.
Nous sommes très satisfaits de nos visites à la clinique. Le personnel était très gentil et professionnel. Ils nous ont rapidement aidé à traiter les otites de notre bébé de 1 an.
