Centre de Santé seems to have lost the quality care they used to provide. The service was always slow but at least people listened and they were kind. Now, no one could be bothered to listen or care. The people at reception dont seem like they want to be there. They definitely do not seem interested in helping people with their concerns. Wait times are beyond unacceptable. Discrimination from the very beginning. We should have known once the doctor said “We usually don’t take in non-french speaking patients” but, we were informed to go there plus, I find it odd to say that when we’re clearly in Treaty One Territory with a high Indigenous population. So what’s the actual point in going to a doctor to get your mental health issues worked on if the doctor will only see you once a year?? It’s impossible to see my doctor as they clearly have too many patients but keep taking more. The service from reception is god awful, they refuse to answer questions and are so condescending if you aren’t French.
