Howra is always excellent every time I have been here for blood work . Can not complain about anything ... And it's always very quick
Very inflexible with scheduled appointment dates and times. And you can never get an emergency appointment, even though when we enrolled at this clinic they said they allotted for them. No one answers the phone or calls you back, or they book you in and cancel later that day. I've had to take my baby to the Kids Come First Clinic and CHEO because I can never get an appointment with our own clinic in a timely manner. Very disappointing.
My wife Had TWO ceperate blood tests completed here at two different occasions and her doctor never received the results. Unacceptable!!!
