I went there to shop for a new vanity. When I walked in, the staff just looked at us and didn't greet us or asked if we needed help. I greeted the staff and told them I was looking for vanities and where could I find them. The answer from one of the staff members was most unhelpful. He said "you can look everywhere", looking very smug. We looked around and didn't find anything, so we just left. I will go back to Bain Depot where the staff seems interested in actually helping customers.
Bought a kit for the shower , in the boxes they have 2 different brackets not the same height and in order to replace one of them, they wanted me to pay an extra 200$ to get the right part. Very disappointing for encouraging a local store. Last time for me !
