Today went for repair and estimation of my Sienna . One of my friend who is client of Champ he highly recommended. Met with Mr. Ismail . He is really very professional and helpful . Highly recommended.
Had a great experience here! I walked in without an appointment, and they had my wheels aligned in under an hour. The guy was really cool and took the time to explain in detail what needed adjustment and what they did to fix it. Very informative and efficient service! Would go there again and would recommend. Rubbish Customer Service rude and abrupt. Called about a Pre-purchase Inspection as I live in Toronto, ON and was looking to buy a car from Montreal. The Dealership told me to have the Mechanic come and collect the car for up to 8hrs if needed, do the inspection and return it to them. This guy said he is busy and does'nt pick up cars, that he has a Customer now. So, I asked if there is no one else in the "team of Specialists" they advertise they have that can do it and he says I can't ask him if who works there?!? I even off... read more
