The office lady scheduled my appointment for a week late after emails stating the correct date. I took the day off work for.this appointment had to call and find out a mistake had been made they would be there promptly at 8 am the next week... they were not tech showed up 45 mins late with a coffee, after I told them I would stay up after a night shift for this appointment. CEO went into my buddy’s property and almost potentially harmed their dog. This is disrespectful and unprofessional. If you hire their staff, make sure your pets are safe and secured inside if you have to. :’(
The Owner entered my property without warning, then attempted to severely harm my Dog, who was tied within the boundary of my property.
