I visited the Centre Cafe and had a great dinner, with even greater company. We sat in a cozy section of the cafe, with a beautiful fireplace, which added to the experience. There were plenty of seating options all around and it was a nice, warm, Christian environment. I really enjoyed the Bible verse on the table, that you could memorize to receive a $1 off drink. Every time I take my brother to physical therapy, I get a cup of coffee and sometimes a treat. Very good service and a great cup of coffee for the money. Soon, we will move up to a more substantial meal.
I ordered the deluxe BLT, and it was given to me with essentially one slice of bacon and no lettuce or tomato. I had to ask for the L and the T, and they added so few bits that it was still the thinnest BLT I have ever seen in my life. My wife ordered the “Deluxe Grilled Cheese”, one of her favorite sandwiches, and said it was the worst grilled cheese sandwich she has ever had.
