Our family has used this storage facility on and off over the years, and every experience has been positive. Terry ~ The Site Manager, has been absolutely kind, considerate, professional, & genuinely willing to help whenever we've needed assistance. Visited this storage facility today. The employee who showed me the available storage units was rude and not helpful at all. The website advertises 24/7 access, but that turned out to be misleading. I was told that 24/7 access is only available for an additional $50 per month. When I questioned this extra charge, the employee became dismissive and said, "We're done with you," then turned around and walked away.
