Visited this storage facility today. The employee who showed me the available storage units was rude and not helpful at all. The website advertises 24/7 access, but that turned out to be misleading. I was told that 24/7 access is only available for an additional $50 per month. When I questioned this extra charge, the employee became dismissive and said, "We're done with you," then turned around and walked away. The folks at Centre Avenue Self Storage are very kind and helpful and their prices can't be beat! I stored belongings at their facility for nearly 2 years and the facility was maintained well and I always felt like myself and my stuff were safe there! Highly recommend Centre Ave Storage!
