Excellent care across the board. My mother has been cared for extremely well by a full range of attentive doctors, nursing staff, rehab specialists, social workers,activities coordinators etc. It's true that new ownership took over in late 2025 and there was some upheaval and staff changeover. The food quality declined somewhat, and new management economised on other things. But overall this facility is still far superior to most of the other skilled nursing facilities we've observed. Excellent place. Excellent staff. Attentive, kind, compassionate, very clean facility. Courtney, the case manager kept in contact with me, left detailed messages, was very on top of things and procedures. I appreciated the attention to detail regarding my moms care. My mom was here for a month + and the care she received was wonderful. She appreciated the meals, and the social interactions. The nurses were very kind and attentive. She felt taken care of and listened to. I feel it is a great place. Highly recommend

Firstly, you should know that this place has changed. I had a family member who was a resident, but Centre was acquired by new owners toward the end of 2025 and since then they’ve been making cuts across the board. A lot of the good staff has been let go or resigned since, even the food quality has gone downhill. Before you pick a place to yourself or a loved one; I’d just say, you can disregard a lot of the earlier reviews because it’s a different place now.
