Centre Ave. failed my dad in every possible way. My dad passed away in August 2024. He fell ill just two days before being transported to the ER. On the day my dad started feeling sick, my brothers, mom, and I visited him and asked staff to check on him because he was complaining of a sore throat and having trouble breathing.
