We were on a road trip driving on I-94 when our alternator failed. We barely rolled into another shop in Sauk Centre at 5 pm on a weeknight where our truck died as employees drove off the property. Since they didn't stop to see if we needed help, we frantically looked for someone else to help us. Even though it was closing time at Centre Auto too, they gladly drove to us, grabbed our vehicle while we ate supper at the Subway next door, and had it back with a new alternator by the time we finished eating. Jason is so friendly and explains things well. He also communicates as you wish by phone or text. He gives me options on when and how to manage my maintenance. Even though I live very nearby, this would be my choice of service provider even if I had to drive a few miles.
We, my wife and I, were traveling back from Fargo and ended up with a popped tire. From the time I called to the end of the assistance it was 25 minutes! John was amazing, super professional, detail oriented, asked great questions to make sure he was able to help the most efficient way. Seriously amazing and 10/10 would recommend that if you run into any issues that you give them a call!
