The manager of this facility is dishonest. I was trying to get the manager from the gynecology department I was told I will get a call back never happened. She is trying to cover up for the other Dr. Celestine and her front desk staff from gynecology with whom I had a bad experience, I can say these people in charge are racist at its finest trying to twist and turn my words to defend the other Dr. I will file a complaint
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had came in after having an impact injury to my knee I was told I would have a 40 minute wait and was waiting for over a hour and a half. They only have one doctor currently working. I was in a great deal of pain and they were still taking people ahead of me. After waiting for nearly 2 hours they finally gave me an ice pack to help my pain. I was finally seated and still had to wait in the room. We have come in for sore throat and it took 2 hours to sign us in and 1 hour more to see doctor - staff is lazy and don’t want to work here.
Went in for an annual wellness visit, I felt the doctor took the time to see me and get to know me. I am having issues on the billing/insurance side, and the practice manager for Centrastate was extremely helpful in advocating for me with me on the phone with the billing dept, so I'm hoping for the best. Despite these billing/insurance issues, I am happy that they have been taking the time with me.
If i could give ZERO stars I would. I had an appointment for a yearly checkup, and fasted the night before in order to get the blood work done without issues, etc. Well, I mistakenly showed up the day before!! The receptionist and I had a laugh over how I showed up early and I mentioned how I'd go home and starve again for the appt the next day. Another patient mentioned how, with the lab right next door, I should have the dr write the bloodwork script now so I can save myself the torture of fasting 2 days in a row. So I ask... read more
