I have not yet had an extensive history with the practice; however, I found them (especially Dr. Nicole Castro) to be very thorough and kind. I came in for a back issue and was given an extensive appointment, exams, and referrals, and I value her commitment to her patients even if the time is running longer than expected. All of the staff was kind and patient (which is rare in this field) and I didn't have to wait longer than 5-10 minutes on hold to get through to the office and leave a note for my doctor.
THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE, THE CALL CENTER ALWAYS REPLIES,YOU HARDLY EVER GET THE ACTUAL OFFICE, AND WHEN YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE THEY DON'T RESPOND BACK, IT'S JUST RIDICULOUS HOW YOU HAVE TO STAY ON TOP OF THEM FOR EVERYTHING!!!!
