Treat post-op patients like garbage, will absolutely never be back and will not recommend to anyone
Yesterday i went and got my wisdom teeth pulled, they did give me antibiotic pills but they were huge i knew i couldn’t swallow them because i have problems with that so i tried asking a nurse to fill me out a form for liquid antibiotics and they tried telling me i didn’t need them just the mouthwash. i went and talked to my actual doctor and he said that they should have filled the prescription for me and he had to do it himself. also they did not give me frozen packs or a wrap.
Dr. Kenning and his nurses were great. My anxiety faded when I got in the chair. The tooth came out faster than waiting for the novicain to take effect. They treated my infection gave me gauze to stop the bleeding and I was on my way. 2 days later I am eating normal again. Thank you!
Tooth extraction and implant were great. They ask you to pay before going in for procedure. Some things changed and they never sent the money they said they would repay me even though they gave me a receipt and said checks in the mail.
