DON'T RELY ON THEM!!! We used them for years and loved them. Then we had our pregnant dog go into labor and they knew it was going to be that week and they did not have time to do the c-section. We ended up having to go elsewhere. Year and a half later we called them about two weeks before she is due to go into labor and they gave us the emergency number and said they will take care of her and we can do payments. We got home at 6 pm and noticed she went into labor during the day and called and the vet on the emergency number... read more
