The owner, Seth Vick poses as a helpful and knowledgeable mechanic only to end up not being able to get the proper fixes or repairs done within a week timeframe even when it's a non emergency situation. His excessive drinking and attitude issues clog his memory and service skills. We coordinated a few repairs but he just couldn't get things done. While traveling back to WI from a vacation in FL in our "new to us" '92 Country Coach RV we ended up stranded in Salem, IL. Seth came to our rescue after being recommended by a local. He came as soon as I called and came prepared to get us back on the road. He was very courteous and kind. I would 100% recommend him if you have any troubles.
