I took my first ever hide to them in 2019 april. I got the run around for over a year and a half. Basically 20 months before I got an answer to what may have happened to my hide. They finally told me it was either lost or rejected. I followed instructions to salt the hide with kosher fine salt I did in about an inch thick layer. It was also salted immediately after the animal was butchered. This was a huge hair on sheep hide that was black it nearly filled the bed of a full size long bed truck laid out flat.
