I've been a Central BPG customer for years and always had good service. It's nice to work with a local company and get to know the people working there (and vice versa) compared to a giant where you are only a number. I just had my system upgraded and had a great experience with Ian. He was very patient and listened to my questions and came up with proposals that fit my needs.
