Sadly the Yorke Peninsula hospital and local doctors have been far worse than expected. Ask for diagnosis for more than one issue and you are told to make another appointment... even though the 15 minute appointment had not expired. What a joke

Some of the nursing staff were very caring, professional people, others went about in halloween costume, or were slap dash, rude, and uncaring. The hospital had no air conditioning, there was no shower stool available, and the food was megre & bland. They sent me home, untreated, without medications, or scripts, simply because I decided not to enter a respite care facility. I was treated with contempt by some staff and doctors. Thank you to the nice caring staff! 🤗

I would to express my sincere gratitude to all the doctors & nurses for taking excellent care of me at the Maitland Hospital and for there professional help and understanding of my medical condition, who gave me there undivided attention and for making me as comfortable as possible.
