These people must have given themselves a four star rating! Certainly 4 star prices! We had just stayed in Wangaratta the night before in a 4 star motel, so it was pretty fresh in my mind! My wife's first 25 minutes was scrubbing the mould that was about an inch high around the bottom of the shower glass. Night 2 had a carpet beetle larvae crawl over our daughter's bed, which then made it perfectly clear why the room was supplied a fresh can of cockroach and bug spray! 2 star at best! 4 star prices. The rooms are exactly what you pay for — no surprises, just as advertised. I stayed on the second floor and had no issues at all. The water pressure was great, and the location is excellent. Customer service was outstanding. I accidentally left an item behind and live on the other side of the state, but the staff were more than accommodating and happily arranged to send it back to me. Really appreciated their help.

definitely not a 4 star motel, no cutlery in rooms, dirty exhaust fans in the bathroom, wonky chairs, I suppose it's ok for backpackers, that's about it, they accused me of smoking in the room (I don't even smoke) the bathroom is from the Woodstock era, an era great for music, but not for taps, and be careful what you leave in your room, the cleaners are in there when you're away.
