Extremely poor service with unreasonably long wait times, especially for X‑rays, when they only have a technician working three days a week. In a town like Bradford West Gwillimbury, this is the only X‑ray clinic available, and people simply don’t have the time to sit and wait all day. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. This is by far the worst X-ray clinic. The staff were incredibly rude, and the receptionist in particular was overly dismissive and unprofessional. The entire establishment is highly disorganized, and to make matters worse, they were giving out incorrect information. It was frustrating, stressful, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
First mammogram today - quick, friendly, easy peasy, the female tech today was lovely - made me feel at ease...no awkwardness, quick and painless (per se) - as painless as we can get with anatomy squished in a panini press.
Sitting in the waiting room the receptionists both were terrible. Talking to patients on the phone and after hanging up both of them making fun of the patient and their situation. At one point the 1 receptionist is saying she's coming to work tomorrow with a hangover. Its too bad canadian health professionals dont conduct themselves with any sort of customer service practices or any professionalism.
