I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication and care provided by both the office staff and medical team. There was a clear and ongoing disconnect between the two. I repeatedly asked whether I would receive at-home care instructions following my procedure, and was alternately told it would come from the medical team or the office staff. Kathy "saw" our daughter and did nothing to help. Took blood and ignored all other issues. Said didn't need to see her for 2 months. Prescribed medicine that didn't work from a previous provider. Quoted 80 dollars on the phone for visit then charged 125.00 at the office.
Dr. Jones is fantastic! It's not often you find a doctor that deeply cares and shows their concern. He listens and takes all your feedback and suggestions. Great staff, billing department is easy to work with. All around, highly recommend!
