This place is a joke. When every one in Riverton says do not go to doctors here, please take that advise seriously. I went in to get something looked at. They cut it off, and said that I would be called with results. Did that ever happen NO. When going into my appointment I paid my co-pay which was a lot, probably the whole appointment, I thought. But to my surprise nope. I was not billed and sent a court order to pay over $900.00. What does this clinic think they are doing? You don't get to work for free. Trust me I work so... read more
Dr. Green does not care about his patients. He only cares about how much he can make from us by being in the room with us as little as possible. I couldn't belive my appointment was scheduled for 10 minutes and I was seen for 5 minutes to pay a large copay without answers from Dr. Green. The only thing that is saving this review is Chantel. She was very kind, spent time with me and made me feel at ease.
Recomend leaving the state of Wyoming for health care. What a joke! The staff is incredibly rude and pushy. They don’t explain things to you and expect you to just be “okay” with their treatment plan without giving you options. Don’t bother calling if you have questions because you’ll get put on hold or hung up on by the reception. DONT GO HERE! Save yourself the headache.
