Don't waste your money or time. I went here on a holiday weekend to get my car cleaned just like everybody else however, I walk away with a broken front driver side seat from there vacuum technicians ruining my vehicle I am now stuck with my seat all the way up, touching my steering wheel for me to have to shimmy my way in because they moved my driver seat all the way up to where it broke. The service has been going downhill lately. Just go to the next nearest station. The inside of my vehicle seems like it was skipped and the workers has a snobby attitude. I also purchased the diamond package.
After spending $39.00 on the wash, tip and air freshener, I shouldn't have to wipe the inside of my car. This isn't the first time that this has happened. Maybe it's my fault for continuing to patronize. It was a beautiful day and there was only 1 car ahead of me and 2 behind. Basically, it wasn't busy and there appeared to be a good number of staff working.
The outside of my truck was beautiful but they appear to have neglected the inside. The don’t rinse the mats nor did they bother to clean my cup holder, it’s like they didn’t see it. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he wasn’t on duty. No worries, certainly won’t see me again. Smh!!
