X-rays will not be sent to referral, and you will not be able to reach anyone at the hospital or radiology to email/fax them over. Don't try talking to the manager Julie, she is only able to forward you off like the rest of customer service. Personal reference: from the MKE area and my husband broke his hand "up north". After being told twice the x-rays were sent to their referral and the MKE referral, they weren't. I was transferred over 10 times, and left 5 messages for the x-rays to be sent.
