The administrative team are pleasant, prompt, and treat me with respect. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Their website says “We also will see you as a client if you do not see your insurance carrier on this list.” and “Please note that even if you don't see your insurance listed, contact us for further assistance.” So I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist said “We don’t accept your insurance, thanks for the call, buh bye” and literally hung up the phone before I could say anything else. This person has no business working for a professional establishment, let alone a mental health clinic. People who find the ... read more
