The administrative team are pleasant, prompt, and treat me with respect. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I’ve never experienced billing issues nor difficulties with scheduling an appointment. 2. My therapist is an intuitive coach and empowering mentor. Their website says “We also will see you as a client if you do not see your insurance carrier on this list.” and “Please note that even if you don't see your insurance listed, contact us for further assistance.” So I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist said “We don’t accept your insurance, thanks for the call, buh bye” and literally hung up the phone before I could say anything else. This person has no business working for a professional establishment, let alone a mental health clinic. People who find the ... read more
