This is a very disappointing company. They steal money from customers. There is absolutely no customer service. Stay away! They are thieves. They do not answer phones. Their accounting department is non existent. They have no qualified installers. Work is very poor.

We are a custom builder and the homeowner wanted a certain window and door. We used them and 18 months later the work has not been completed. The entire process has been nothing but bad. They now have been bought out and fired the entire staff. I’ve had to track them down and was told they would handle it all. Approx 6 weeks later I call phone disconnected now. I have had three seperate house construction/remodel projects supplied by Central and found them highly professional, very helpful and always available to assist. This kind of excellent service is hard to find in this part of the industry.

After months of chasing them down all summer after being told we had a failed window I came back from up north to find out they lied to me about why the window failed. It was their error and they didn’t want to pay so after spending 14k replacing 9 impact panes of glass I got hit with a $1200 bill in a window that was only a year old! It would not recommend them to anyone!

Well I’ve just read some of the reviews for Central Windows and they must be talking about some place other than Central Windows in Vero Beach Florida. First let me say the installers did a great job, I love the Euro door, just beautiful. The showers glass looks great. Chris the service rep was very knowledgeable but as far as following up or returning calls, it was just unbelievable. Be very careful when purchasing windows and doors from Central Window. They call themselves a “Windows Installation” company, but when they hook you up with one of their sub-contractors to do the actual installation....they refuse to help if the installer does not do a proper installation. Their “handlers” on the telephone are curt and arrogant if you call about a problem with installation.

Central Window of Vero Beach is very knowledgeable in the window and door industry. David and Russ are very easy to work with and are great with remodel and new construction installations and sales. In addition, they are up to date with the new 2015 Energy Codes. You will be pleased if you choose to work with them! -Sandy
