Had an appointment for window cleaning, house washing, and gutter cleaning. They said it would take all day and would be here on the specified day between 8:00 and 10:00. At 11:00, we had not heard from them so we called to ask why they weren't there. The rep. said they had some equipment problems today and they were going to call us.
