I've been banking with CW for almost a year. Every time I've had an issue I was able to get it resolved very quick! Stepping into their building always given grace and patience when resolving issues, depositing/withdrawing/moving money around. Highly recommend!

DO NOT BANK HERE! Mark the manger is not helpful with elderly customers and will close your accounts without due process. My parents had their accounts here and had someone scam them and instead of investigating and trying to get to the bottom of the matter Mark just didn’t want to help them. Mark was unwelcoming and inpatient with my parents and when I went with them he seemed unfriendly and very unwelcoming. Mark clearly does not want to be bothered with customers concerns or issues. I have banked with a credit union my entire adult life and have always found them to be the most helpful and least bureaucratic if financial institutions. CWCU however is the worst credit union I have been a member of. The customer service is inconsistent at best. And the crazy red tape I have to go through to bank there is ridiculous. My banking is irregular because I am paid exclusively on commission. So my checks vary drastically in timing as well as in deposit amount.
